I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff was excellent, very genuinely courteous, and helpful. The location was convenient for guests with transportation, although a bit spoiled by noise from the nearby roundabout. The dining experience was satisfactory but had room for improvement. Overall, a good value for the money.

The staff were courteous, professional, and above all friendly. They even left a 'Happy Birthday' balloon in the room for us at very short notice.

I initially found the hotel room small and slightly musty, but after requesting a change to a double room, it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent; the staff were genuinely courteous and helpful, especially during breakfast.
